2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New customers are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their subscription within 30 days of initial purchase. This guarantee applies only to first-time purchases of any TackOn Table subscription plan.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Only the initial subscription fee is refundable. Add-ons, setup fees, and training services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Refunds are not available for renewal charges or upgrades after the initial 30-day period.
