This Shipping Policy explains how TackOn Table, a product of TackOn LLC, handles shipping and delivery of restaurant POS hardware and equipment ordered through our website.
Shipping Locations
United States
We ship to all 50 states and US territories.
Canada
We ship to all provinces and territories. Canadian orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes (buyer responsibility).
International
For international shipping inquiries outside US and Canada, contact support@tackontable.com.
Processing Time
- Standard Orders: 1-2 business days
- Large Orders (5+ items): 2-3 business days
- Custom Configurations: 3-5 business days
Business days: Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST may process the following business day.

Free Shipping
Free standard ground shipping on orders over $500 within the continental United States.
Free shipping terms:
- Applies automatically at checkout when threshold is met
- Cannot be combined with other shipping discounts
- Does not apply to expedited or overnight shipping
- May be excluded during special sales (stated at time of promotion)
Shipping Carriers
We ship via trusted carriers:
- UPS
- FedEx
- USPS (smaller accessories only)
Carrier selected based on package size, weight, destination, and shipping method.
Order Tracking
After your order ships, you receive:
- Shipping Confirmation Email with tracking number
- Carrier Tracking Link to monitor delivery
- Delivery Confirmation when package arrives
Track orders anytime by logging into your TackOn Table account.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on:
- Package weight and dimensions
- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping method
Costs displayed before purchase completion.
Delivery Information
Signature Requirements
- Orders over $200 require signature upon delivery
- Authorize delivery without signature at your own risk by contacting us before shipment
Delivery Attempts
Carriers typically make 2-3 delivery attempts before returning packages. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate shipping address
- Being available to receive signature-required packages
- Tracking your package and arranging pickup if attempts fail
Address Accuracy
Verify your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. Address changes after shipment may incur additional fees.
Special Shipping Addresses
P.O. Boxes
- Small accessories can ship to P.O. boxes via USPS
- Large POS hardware (terminals, kiosks, displays) cannot ship to P.O. boxes
APO/FPO Military Addresses
We ship to military addresses. Allow additional delivery time.
Business Deliveries
- Include business name in shipping address
- Provide dock or receiving instructions in order notes if applicable
- Large orders may ship via freight carrier (we will coordinate with you)
Order Changes and Cancellations
Before Shipment
- Orders can be modified or canceled before shipping
- Contact support@tackontable.com immediately with your order number
After Shipment
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped
- Refused deliveries treated as returns; may incur return shipping costs

Damaged or Lost Shipments
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Document damage with photos of packaging and contents
- Contact us within 48 hours at support@tackontable.com
- Keep all packaging until claim is resolved
- We file carrier claim and ship replacement
Lost Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package:
- Check with neighbors and building management
- Contact carrier directly with tracking number
- If not found within 48 hours, contact us to file lost package claim
We work with carriers to locate packages or ship replacements.
Shipping Delays
Delivery times may be affected by:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- High volume periods (holidays, promotional events)
- Natural disasters or events beyond our control
We notify you of significant delays and provide updated estimates.
Backorders
If an item is out of stock:
- We notify you via email with estimated availability
- Choose to wait or cancel for full refund
- Backordered items ship when available at no additional shipping cost
Holiday Shipping Deadlines
During peak holiday periods (November-December), order early for timely delivery:
- Standard Shipping: Order by December 10
- Expedited Shipping: Order by December 17
- Express Shipping: Order by December 20
